How do I schedule a tour of Main Occasions?
To schedule a venue tour, you can access our calendar by clicking the Schedule A Tour button. Tours are available by appointment only to ensure personalized attention and a member of our team will be in contact with you to reconfirm your appointment day and time.
What is the max capacity of the venue?
Main Occasions can host up to 100 guests seated inside the Banquet Hall and up to 200 guests seated in the Courtyard area. Max Capacity of guests allowed is up to 250.
Can I visit without an appointment?
To ensure the best possible service, all visits to Main Occasions are by appointment only. This policy allows us to dedicate time and attention to each guest.
How soon will I receive a response after submitting my inquiry?
Our team responds to all inquiries within 2 business days.

How does pricing work?

What is required to reserve my date?
To reserve services we require a partial retainer deposit, and signed contract. Payment plans are available for reservations that are booked more than 3 months in advance.
Are outside Vendors allowed and what are the requirements?
Yes, outside vendors are welcome, provided they meet our insurance requirements, which include carrying general liability coverage and listing the venue as an additional insured on their policy. The only outside vendor and staff we do not allow is bar service and security, as our building operates under a liquor permit. All bar services are provided in-house through our exclusive partnership with Hey Ms. Bartender.
